Kazakhstan Delivery

Standard delivery: £4.00 - £6.00

With orders over £35 delivery is free of charge

USA and USA Minor Outlying Islands Delivery

Standard delivery: £5.00 - £7.00

With orders over £35.00 delivery is free of charge.

International Delivery

International delivery: £6.00

With orders over £35.00 delivery is free of charge.

Every order comes with tracking number.

Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays)
A signature may be required on receipt
Delivery times are subject to Royal Mail International delivery timescale.

We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time you should first check with your neighbour or your local  Delivery Office.

Unfortunately an item may sometimes go missing in the post. We are unable to investigate any item that has not been delivered unless 15 working days has passed since the date the item was dispatched. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).

The 15 working day period before investigation and 28 working day deadline may be extended when normal delivery times are disrupted and delays beyond our control occur.
