Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Delivery times are subject to Royal Mail International delivery timescale:
UK: 2-3 working days*
Europe: 3–7 working days*
USA: 6 - 10 working days*
Rest of the World: 7 - 14 working days*
*excluding Saturday and Sunday.
UK Deliveries
Deliveries across UK are made using Royal Mail48 tracked
Kazakhstan Delivery
Standard delivery: £8.00 - £10.00
With orders over £50 delivery is free of charge
USA and USA Minor Outlying Islands Delivery
Standard delivery: £12.00
With orders over £60.00 delivery is free of charge.
Please note that we charge a flat 10% import fee at checkout for all shipments to the US.
Important Notice for Our EU Customers
Please note that VAT is not included in your purchase price for shipments to the EU.
As a result, you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

International Delivery
International delivery: £10.15
With orders over £50.00 delivery is free of charge.
Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays)
A signature may be required on receipt
We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time you should first check with your neighbour or your local Delivery Office.
Unfortunately an item may sometimes go missing in the post. We are unable to investigate any item that has not been delivered unless 15 working days has passed since the date the item was dispatched. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).
The 15 working day period before investigation and 28 working day deadline may be extended when normal delivery times are disrupted and delays beyond our control occur.
